Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated timeframe, we recommend the following steps:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Next, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@koreanbeauty.com. We are here to assist you.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
